Responsible Gaming

SkyFair wants betting to stay a form of entertainment. We are committed to helping our customers play safely and to reducing the harm that problem gambling can cause.

Keep it fun

• Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never borrow to gamble.
• Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them.
• Do not chase losses or bet to escape stress, boredom or problems.
• Take regular breaks and balance gambling with other activities.

Warning signs

You may need help if you spend more than you intended, hide your gambling from others, feel anxious when you are not betting, or gambling affects your work, relationships or finances.

Tools we offer

• Account limits, including exposure limits set on your account.
• A clear view of your bets, profit and loss and activity in My Account.
• Time-outs and self-exclusion; see our Self-Exclusion Policy.

If you are worried about your gambling or someone else's, contact our support team and we will help you set limits or close your account. You can also reach independent organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous for free, confidential support.
