When we ask for verification

How it works

By opening an account or using SkyFair, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if higher, and online betting must be legal in your location. You are responsible for checking this.

2. Your account

You may hold only one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Bets

A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed on screen. Prices are checked against the live market before acceptance; if the price has moved, the bet may be rejected or placed at the current price according to your settings. Bets placed on suspended markets or with obvious price errors may be cancelled.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds are handled through your upline agent. Withdrawals may require identity verification under our KYC policy. Only your available balance (balance minus exposure) can be withdrawn.

5. Settlement

Markets are settled on official results. Where a result is changed or an event is abandoned, settlement follows our Rules and Regulations.

6. Fair use

Cheating, collusion, using software to place bets, abusing price errors or using the platform for money laundering is not allowed. We may void bets, suspend or close accounts involved.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use SkyFair after a change means you accept the updated terms.

It is illegal for anyone under 18 years old, or under the legal gambling age where they live, to open an account or to gamble on SkyFair.

• We may ask any customer for proof of age at any time. Accounts cannot withdraw until age is verified.
• If we find that an account holder is underage, the account will be closed immediately. Bets will be voided and any winnings forfeited.
• Giving false information about your age is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Advice for parents and guardians

• Do not leave devices logged in to gambling sites, and never share your username or password.
• Use parental-control software to block gambling websites on shared devices.

If you feel you need a break from betting, SkyFair can block your account for a period of your choice.

How to self-exclude

Contact our support team and tell us how long you want to be excluded: for example 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. We will confirm when the exclusion starts.

During the exclusion

• You will not be able to log in, place bets or deposit.
• Any available balance can be returned to you through your upline agent.
• We will do our best to stop you opening new accounts, but you also agree not to try.

Ending an exclusion

An exclusion cannot be shortened or cancelled early. When a fixed period ends, the account stays closed until you ask us to reopen it, and we may ask you to wait a further cooling-off period first. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

General

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Check your selection, price and stake before confirming.
• Market times shown are in Indian Standard Time (GMT+5:30) unless stated otherwise.
• If a market is suspended, no new bets are accepted until it reopens.

Exchange (Match Odds)

• Back bets win if the selection wins; lay bets win if the selection does not win.
• Your liability on a lay bet is (odds − 1) × stake, and is held as exposure until the market is settled.

Bookmaker

• Rates are shown per 100: a rate of 90 pays 90 for every 100 staked.
• Bets are settled on the official result of the match.

Fancy

• "Yes" wins if the final figure is equal to or higher than the line; "No" wins if it is lower.
• If a match or innings is reduced or abandoned before a fancy market is decided, bets on that market are void unless the result has already been reached.

Premium (Sportsbook)

• Back bets only, at the fixed odds shown when the bet is accepted.

Errors and disputes

• Bets placed at a clearly wrong price, after the result was known, or on a market that should have been suspended may be voided.
• If a result is corrected by the official source, settlement may be adjusted.
• For any dispute, contact support with your bet ID. Our decision after review is final.
