By opening an account or using SkyFair, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if higher, and online betting must be legal in your location. You are responsible for checking this.

2. Your account

You may hold only one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Bets

A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed on screen. Prices are checked against the live market before acceptance; if the price has moved, the bet may be rejected or placed at the current price according to your settings. Bets placed on suspended markets or with obvious price errors may be cancelled.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds are handled through your upline agent. Withdrawals may require identity verification under our KYC policy. Only your available balance (balance minus exposure) can be withdrawn.

5. Settlement

Markets are settled on official results. Where a result is changed or an event is abandoned, settlement follows our Rules and Regulations.

6. Fair use

Cheating, collusion, using software to place bets, abusing price errors or using the platform for money laundering is not allowed. We may void bets, suspend or close accounts involved.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use SkyFair after a change means you accept the updated terms.
